Site plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a key identifying distinct areas of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
